About The Position

H2 Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Horse Cave, Kentucky. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative, clinician-led team. It may also offer an opportunity to advance into a Clinic Director position and develop leadership skills. Experienced physical therapists and new graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for state licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality outpatient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
