About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Acute Rehab Unit in Evansville, Indiana, working in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent to provide rehabilitation therapy services. The role focuses on evidence-based, quality care that helps patients exceed their functional outcomes. The Physical Therapist develops timely treatment plans tailored to each patient and builds positive, collaborative relationships with patients, their families, clinicians, and other hospital staff. The position offers professional development through ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and access to an APTA-accredited Orthopedic Residency Program.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help each patient exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
