About The Position

PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Warner Robins, Georgia. The therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions and helps them restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and collaborating with other care professionals and families. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. Compensation is up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location, with an advertised stay-and-earn sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Foreign-trained applicants must have credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.
New graduates are welcome where applicable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve patients’ strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
