About The Position
The Retail Team Member welcomes and assists customers, operates the register when needed, and helps keep the sales floor clean and attractive. Team members share information about the company’s charity partners and mission, respond to customer questions and concerns, and work collaboratively to provide a positive experience for donors and customers. The role includes lifting up to 15 lbs. Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
