About The Position
UnityPoint Health – Meriter Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Outpatient Therapy Team at Monona Therapies. The role provides patient-centered evaluation and treatment in an outpatient clinic and contributes to evidence-based care and functional outcomes. The team supports professional growth through an employee wellness program, a clinical career ladder, mentorship, lifelong learning, and shared governance. Physical therapy students may be eligible for the Career Launch stipend program, which provides $1,000 per month for up to six months before graduation and a $500 bonus after obtaining the required licensure for the role.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Wisconsin PT License.
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic and Pelvic Health experience or interest is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Provide evaluation and treatment services, with concise and efficient documentation and billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans that maximize functional outcomes.
- Receive feedback, pursue continual learning opportunities, and share feedback to promote team growth.
- Participate in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to promote best practices and clinical excellence.
- Be flexible and take on additional responsibilities to support the team and departmental process-improvement initiatives.
- Appropriately delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants and support personnel.
