About The Position
NovaCare in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping patients return to their desired activities. The clinic serves a diverse patient population, from teens to geriatrics, in a collaborative and supportive environment. New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply and will benefit from a structured, onsite mentorship program. The primary caseload will focus on orthopedic patients, with opportunities to collaborate with experienced clinicians and expand skill sets. The clinic also has specialties in Neurological Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatric Therapy, and Pelvic Health.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
