About The Position

NovaCare in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic clinic. This role involves treating a diverse patient population, from teens to geriatrics, in a collaborative and supportive environment. New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply and will benefit from a structured, onsite mentorship program. The primary caseload will be orthopedic patients, with opportunities to expand into other specialties offered at the clinic, such as Neurological Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatric Therapy, and Pelvic Health. The clinic emphasizes reasonable caseload expectations for 1:1 patient care and provides a ramp-up period for new graduates.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
