This role is for a Physical Therapist (PT) within an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, distinct from contract therapy companies. The focus is on clinician-led and clinician-supported teams dedicated to delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT license or license-eligible
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
- Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
- Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
- Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
