We are seeking Home Health Physical Therapists (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Santa Barbara County. Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Reliable transportation & auto insurance
• Ability to work independently

• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services
• Develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
