About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist in Santa Barbara. Our therapists deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all patient needs, develop relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This role requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.

Requirements

• Current California PT license
• CPR certified
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
