About The Position

The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO) is seeking motivated, team-oriented PRN Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care across seven locations. This role offers the opportunity to work with both traditional outpatient orthopedic patients and athletic/active populations. The PRN Physical Therapist will be an important part of the mission to help patients recover, move well, and return to the activities they love. They will deliver evidence-based, compassionate care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• BLS (CPR) certification preferred
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Willingness to travel across all 7 therapy locations
• A passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population, including athletes and active adults
• A growth-minded, lifelong learner who values evidence-based practice and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Travel as needed among all 5 CSMO clinics and 2 C4 performance locations
