About The Position
At the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO), our C4 therapy locations are designed for movement, performance, and outcomes. With a patient base that includes athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults who want to return to high‑level function, C4 offers PTAs a dynamic, energizing place to grow. We're seeking motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping people move better - all within a supportive and collaborative therapy team.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland
- A passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population
- A growth‑minded, lifelong learner committed to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sport‑specific progressions
- Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes
- Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staff
- Provide an encouraging and engaging patient experience
- Document accurately and efficiently
- Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as needed
