PRN Physical Therapist – Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO Locations)
About The Position
The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO) is seeking passionate, flexible PRN Physical Therapists to support their 5 CSMO Physical Therapy locations. This role involves helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to their desired activities by delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment. The position requires evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing compassionate care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families, maintaining documentation, and floating to multiple CSMO therapy locations as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- BLS (CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to travel among 5 CSMO PT locations as needed
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Float to multiple CSMO therapy locations as needed
