About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week contract in San Jose, California. The PT will provide rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled nursing environment with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week with no on-call requirement.

Requirements

• Less Than 1 Year of Physical Therapist Experience Accepted Per Requisition.
• Current, Active Physical Therapist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified.
• Ability to Provide Physical Therapy Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility Setting Required.
• Ability to Work a Full-Time Monday–Friday Schedule Required.
• Ability to Maintain the Scheduled 40-Hour Workweek Required.
