About The Position

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH, specializing in helping adults 40+ stay active, healthy, and mobile without relying on pain pills, injections, or surgery. We focus on Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method), Pilates-based rehab and movement, and cutting-edge regenerative technologies like Shockwave Therapy and EMTT. We are growing our team and looking for passionate PTs who believe in treating the whole person and building a fulfilling and fun career. We offer dedicated team training, 1:1 patient sessions, no insurance battles, weekly mentorship, and a collaborative team environment. There is a career growth pathway into advanced certifications, mentorship, and leadership roles. The clinic is closed and paid between Christmas and New Year's.

Requirements

NH-licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
Eager to learn and apply the MDT/McKenzie Method to your evaluation system
Passionate about client education and movement-based rehab
Passionate about cutting-edge treatments like regenerative therapy
Accountable, coachable, and growth-oriented
A true team-player

Nice To Haves

Experience in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method)
Experience in Pilates-based rehab and movement
Experience with Shockwave Therapy (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat clients using the MDT framework (training provided if new to it)
Integrate tools like Pilates-based rehab (tower, chair, reformer) and regenerative therapies (shockwave + EMTT) to accelerate results (training provided!)
Collaborate with the team to support long-term health and mobility goals for clients
Participate in community events and team experiences
