About The Position

Benchmark at South Farms is hiring Full Time & Part Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with an every other weekend rotation. New CNA Grads are welcome. The main role of a CNA is to deliver compassionate care to residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
