About The Position
Gentle Dental in Salem, Oregon is excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our supportive, team-oriented practice. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to launch their career with mentorship from experienced doctors, a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, and clinical autonomy with guidance. The practice utilizes modern technology including digital radiography and intraoral scanning, and is supported by dedicated hygienists and an experienced clinical team. A structured onboarding process is in place to ensure a smooth transition into practice.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or holding an active Oregon dental license
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
