About The Position
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with mobility, function, strength, and positioning needs. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with APTA standards and state licensure.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Supervise PTAs and support care delivery
- Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families
- Document care, progress, and billing accurately
- Participate in care planning and discharge processes
- Provide staff education and training
- Recommend equipment and support patient outcomes
