Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills
- New graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and caregivers to support safe and successful outcomes
