About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center located in Craig, CO. This position offers a flexible PRN schedule and utilizes NetHealth for point of service documentation. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
- State license.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as a PT.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
