About The Position

We're actively seeking industrial specialists, (ATC, PTA, PT, OTA) to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a PRN position. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need. Join Our Team of Industrial Prevention Specialists! Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM.

Requirements

• Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
• Working in a safety sensitive environment
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
• Track and report program metrics.
