About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Berlin, Connecticut. The clinic treats a diverse caseload of sports medicine, general orthopedics, vestibular, and workers' compensation patients, from teens through adults. The role offers opportunities to work with athletes and receive mentorship and orientation support. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with evening hours serving its active sports medicine and orthopedic population. The listed salary range is $85,000 to $100,000, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a student debt benefit program. PRN and part-time opportunities are also available.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
