About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its stand-alone outpatient clinic in South Windsor, Connecticut. The clinic treats a diverse patient population, including middle and high school athletes returning to sport and older adults working to improve function and balance and reduce fall risk. The current team includes two full-time physical therapists, and the clinic is seeking a motivated clinician to join them. The role provides the opportunity to deliver patient care focused on helping people return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. Mentorship and orientation support the clinician’s transition and growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The stated salary range is $85,000–$100,000, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a student debt repayment benefit.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
