About The Position
Physical Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting for a 13-week contract. This role offers a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The position is ideal for a therapist who is comfortable working with patients requiring rehabilitation, mobility support, and restorative care in a post-acute environment. The therapist will be expected to provide quality patient care, support functional improvement, and contribute to overall recovery goals throughout the duration of the contract.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar rehabilitative care setting
- Ability to manage a full caseload
- Ability to provide individualized treatment plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Active and up-to-date required licensure, certifications, and compliance documents
