About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 14-week contract. This is an urgent start opportunity with increased rates, focused on delivering rehabilitation services to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong treatment planning skills
- Strong documentation skills
