About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services in a 100-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF), helping residents recover from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence through individualized therapy programs.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Familiarity with rehabilitation treatment planning and electronic medical record documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred
