About The Position

Join Main Line Health Home Care as a Physical Therapist and make an impact with patients and their families within Philadelphia County. This role involves providing quality Home Care Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment. You will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation, helping patients regain mobility within the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

• 1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
• Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities
