Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care directly to patients' homes.
- Develop clinical skills and build confidence as a physical therapist.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced clinicians and administrative staff.
- Manage caseloads designed to promote quality care and clinician success.
- Participate in an ongoing CEU program to support learning and licensure requirements.
- Develop autonomy while having guidance when needed.
