About The Position
Gentle Dental in Salem, Oregon is excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our supportive, team-oriented practice. We are committed to helping new dentists build confidence, refine clinical skills, and grow professionally in a positive and collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to gain mentorship from experienced doctors, benefit from a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, and practice with clinical autonomy with guidance when needed. The practice utilizes modern technology including digital radiography and intraoral scanning, and is supported by a team of dedicated hygienists and experienced clinical staff. A structured onboarding process is in place to ensure a smooth transition into practice.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or holding an active Oregon dental license
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
