Physical Therapist- Part Time

Madden and Gilbert Physical TherapyHershey, PA
Onsite

About The Position

Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy exists to get people back to normal, naturally. We have six locations across Central Pennsylvania, and our focus is simple: decrease pain and help people return to doing what they love. Many of our patients come to us after other care has failed—after being told they’ve hit their maximum benefit, after feeling like they’ve run out of options. What we hear again and again is that our clinic is different. Patients tell us, “This is the best I’ve felt.” They come in feeling hopeless, and they leave playing with their grandchildren again. They return to the sport they thought they’d lost. That’s what we measure our success by—not how many patients we can see, but whether our patients graduate and get back to doing the things they love. We invest in the tools to make that happen: Class IV Laser Therapy (LightForce), RunDNA Gait Analysis, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). But great technology only matters when it’s in the hands of great therapists. That’s where you come in. Our Hershey location has five clinicians and a small support team. The energy is upbeat and social, and the common thread is that everyone here genuinely cares about doing excellent work. We collaborate. We support each other. We push each other to be better—and we celebrate when a patient reaches their goals and graduates. We also understand that there is more to life than being a PT. Helping patients is deeply rewarding and fulfilling—and so is being present for your family, taking care of yourself, and having the space to enjoy your own life. We believe great patient care and a great quality of life go hand in hand. Wherever you are in life—whether you’re in a growth phase or in a season where protecting your time with family is the priority—we respect that.
