About The Position
Functional Pathways is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for Bethea Retirement in Darlington, SC. Bethea Baptist is a non-profit senior living community offering a wide range of rehabilitation services and personalized care plans to its residents. The facility is located in a peaceful residential area near the Darlington Raceway. This role offers an opportunity to work with a compassionate and experienced therapy team in a welcoming and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, discharge planning, and making revisions to established plans of care under physician supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
