About The Position

Join a supportive school team and make a meaningful difference every day! AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support students throughout the 2025–2026 school year in the greater Green Bay, WI Area! This position offers a schedule of 40 hours per week during school-day hours, with a competitive weekly pay of $2,600. The contract is for the full 2025–2026 school year, and the caseload will be matched to your experience and preference. Start dates are in February.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Physical Therapy.
• Active Wisconsin PT License.
• 1+ year of PT experience (school or pediatric experience preferred).
• Current BLS/CPR.
• Strong communication, organization & time-management skills.
• Ability to support a varied caseload across school settings.

Nice To Haves

• School or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to support student mobility, access & participation.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning, and assistive technology.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers & families.
• Document services, progress notes & assessments per district/state guidelines.
• Support students across a variety of school environments (classroom, hallways, playground, community settings).
