Physical Therapist, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
About The Position
A healthcare facility near Thermopolis, Wyoming, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent direct-hire position. The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals and maximize recovery. The role includes assessing patient progress, educating patients, and adapting treatment approaches to meet individual needs across all age groups. The therapist will collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to provide high-quality, age-appropriate care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $41.86–$74.51 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The facility is in a scenic small-town area with nearby amenities, natural attractions, and outdoor recreation opportunities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Knowledge of physical therapy assessment, treatment planning, and age-appropriate patient care.
