About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Venice and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you will have flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas. You will have independence to take as much time off as you want. Compensation is strong per-visit rates, and you determine how much you earn by the number of patients you decide to treat. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. You will provide one-on-one treatment, observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition, and determine the plan of care. Documentation is made easy with an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system, with many clinicians completing documentation during the visit. You will join a group that shares your passion for helping people and have access to patients through an innovative app, Cliniconnects, to accept or decline patients in seconds.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Must speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
• Complete documentation using an Electronic Medical Record system.
