About The Position
Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. is hiring Physical Therapists for part-time or full-time roles at its Skilled Nursing Facility in Folsom. The position offers a supportive, collaborative nursing and rehabilitation environment, with dedicated mentorship for new graduates and an inclusive culture. Compensation is $65–$85 per hour, or an equivalent salary based on working hours, experience, and total compensation. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university, or foreign equivalent.
- California state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients, plan treatment, and provide therapeutic interventions.
- Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait training, and functional training.
- Educate patients and families on appropriate care plans.
- Communicate with team members to help ensure quality care.
