Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time or Part-Time
About The Position
Peake Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for their Jacksonville clinic. This is a clinician-owned outpatient practice with five locations in the Baltimore area. The PTA will act as a movement specialist and patient experience leader. The role involves delivering treatment, coaching exercise, and progressing patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist (PT), primarily with an orthopedic and post-op caseload. Clear communication with the treating PT regarding patient status is essential. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and is available as full-time (36+ hours) or part-time. New hires receive mentorship and a structured 90-day onboarding program, avoiding a 'sink or swim' environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active (or pending) Maryland PTA license
- Strong exercise coaching and cueing skills
- Warm with patients and easy to work with

Responsibilities
