About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Florida is a nonprofit home health agency seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. They offer flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, free continuing education units, and supportive teams. The role involves conducting initial patient assessments in the home setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with healthcare teams, and promoting mobility, independence, and healing through hands-on care using a case management model.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
