About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. They provide a full array of home care services for TGH patients and those in the community needing home care, maintaining the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. VNA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role offers flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, free continuing education units (CEUs), and a supportive team environment. Physical Therapists will conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams, and promote mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care, utilizing a proven case management model to guide patient outcomes and support families.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
