About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Manchester, Connecticut. The role provides patient-centered care in a recently opened, clean and spacious facility, with referrals from a nearby orthopedic group for surgical and non-surgical cases across body parts and diagnoses. The clinic emphasizes high-quality care, professional development, thorough communication, and a positive employee experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday. PRN and part-time opportunities are also available. Compensation is $85,000 to $100,000, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and student debt repayment. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
