About The Position
Permanent Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting working Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week. This role supports rehabilitation services within a 115-bed skilled nursing facility located near Villanova University and features a dedicated physical therapy gym. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with mobility, orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Strong documentation and communication skills required
- BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation treatment planning and functional mobility training
- Experience with geriatric and post-acute patient populations preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
