About The Position

Kins is hiring a skilled physical therapist to provide outpatient care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions in East Harlem. The role offers one-hour, one-patient-at-a-time visits, with clinicians able to shape their schedules and caseloads. The position is suited to a patient-focused clinician who wants to help build a different model of outpatient physical therapy and deliver high-value care and better clinical outcomes. New graduates are welcome to apply. Pay is $75–$83 per hour. Kins also offers an uncapped referral bonus of $750 for each physical therapist referred who completes 30 visits with Kins. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and requires a commitment to at least four visits per week. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Current physical therapist license in New York State.
Completion of the state-regulated continuing education unit (CEU) requirement in New York State.
BLS certification.
Commitment to a minimum of four visits per week.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients, assess progress, and provide plans of care and exercise prescriptions for the patient caseload.
Consistently deliver a high level of clinical care and patient experience.
Document all treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Communicate with patients and/or providers via chat and phone as needed.
