About The Position
Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in DeQueen, Arkansas. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling options, independent work supported by a team, and opportunities for advancement. The position is full-time and covers the DeQueen, AR area. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates only. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients according to physician orders, establishes measurable goals and treatment plans, coordinates with the treatment team and patients’ families, documents services, and supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides. The listed salary range is $35.60–$53.40 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program approved by CAPTE.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state.
- American Heart Association CPR certification; certification may be offered and completed upon hire.
- Two years of experience in adult physical therapy.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
- Physical therapy skills as specified by the competency checklist.

- Home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders, including recommending and procuring adaptive equipment.
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to help patients reach their maximum level of independence and function.
- Communicate with the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members as applicable.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services to ensure proper billing.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with the state practice act.
