About The Position

Plan, organize, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients across a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team and supervise support staff. The role is based at 505 Goffle Rd and is a full-time, day-shift position.

Requirements

Possess at least a master's degree from an accredited college or university, except applicants who possessed at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university before January 1, 2003.
Current and valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist.
Current BLS Certification.
Knowledge of Standard Precautions.
Keyboard skills.
Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to detail.
Ability to use effective critical-thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities.
Ability to communicate and interact with relevant health-system departments, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with Valley's SERVE and CARE standards.
Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs.
