About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the team in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The role involves providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. Work is performed on day shifts. Candidates must complete the necessary documentation before starting their assignment. Individuals who previously worked at the same facility must have a separation period of at least one year before being eligible for rehire. Holiday coverage is required. Equipment will be provided during interviews, attire expectations will be discussed on the first day of employment, and parking will be provided on the first day.
Requirements
- An active state license is required.
- Required general certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Required rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP, and Training.
- Candidates must complete necessary documentation before starting their assignment.
- Former employees of the same facility must have a separation period of at least one year before being eligible for rehire.
