About The Position
Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through empowering therapists to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care working closely with our amazing orthopedic surgeons and their teams. We contribute to the betterment of our patients and our communities by providing individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere. This role focuses on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine in a team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified

- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
- Provide individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Participate in physician interaction including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
- Opportunities to become a Certified Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor.
- Participate in Orthopedic and Sports Residencies available in-house.
- Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
