Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience
- Experience in a team atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
- Provide individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Participate in clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
- Become a Certified Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor.
- Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
