About The Position

Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine within a team-oriented environment. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience by empowering therapists to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care, working collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and their teams. Our mission is to improve the lives of our patients and communities through individualized care in a positive and collaborative setting.

Requirements

Current or pending OT license
Minimum 1 year Licensed OT Hand Therapy experience
Splinting experience
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
CPR certified

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine
Interest in a team atmosphere

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
Contribute to the betterment of patients and communities through individualized care.
Engage in physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
Participate in opportunities to become a Certified Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor.
Pursue Orthopedic and Sports Residencies available in-house.
Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
