About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, focusing on revolutionizing care for older adults. Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring 1:1 patient care. FOX is a nationally recognized organization with over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment.
• Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
• Treat patients in a rewarding setting that provides training, support, and mentorship.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in various settings including home and senior living communities.
