About The Position

West Olympia is seeking a Physical Therapist who is passionate about becoming an exceptional orthopedic clinician and building a career around their interests. This is an opportunity to work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director with extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions. The clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools to treat active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals using evidence-based practices. A structured one-year mentorship program is in place to accelerate clinical growth, focusing on weekly one-on-one mentorship, case reviews, clinical reasoning discussions, hands-on manual therapy instruction, progressive skill development, professional growth coaching, and direct access to an experienced OCS mentor. South Sound provides the support, autonomy, and local provider relationships to help therapists market to their ideal niche and build a unique career. IRG offers a professional revenue share model that connects clinical work directly to income, allowing therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care. This model emphasizes professional autonomy, clinical growth, and rewarding value creation.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment
