About The Position
At West Olympia, we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than simply treating patients. This is an opportunity to work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director who has extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions. If you're a novice clinician interested in working with sports and performance-focused patients, our clinic is equipped with a squat rack, a Rogue sled, Smart Cuffs blood flow restriction equipment, and progressive loading tools. These resources allow therapists to treat active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals practicing modern, evidence-based rehabilitation. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care! Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
